Flea Market and Vendor Mall
Welcome to The Heirloom Flea Market and Vendor Mall located in downtown Crystal Springs, MS. We feature vintage furniture, vintage collectibles and other unique items in our flea market and antique mall.
Booth rental
As a vendor and antique mall we will offer booth spaces ranging from 10” x 10” to 2” x 2” glass display cases that can be under lock and key. The flea market will be fully staffed so that our vendors do not have to be on site to sell their vintage furniture, vintage collectibles, hand made crafts and other unique items. Our team will sell our vendors items under a unique vender ID and collect monies due, including sales tax. Vendors will receive a pay-out of items sold, bi-monthly, less commission. This commission is used to help pay our team for selling vendor inventory.
Consign with us!
If you aren't ready for a full booth but have a few items to sell you can place them with us on consignment.
We offer a 90 day, 50/50% split on items consigned with The Heirloom.
Consignment Terms
We will make every effort to sell your items within 90 days via a tiered pricing structure. The item will be priced according to our fair market value system. We will research the item based on the brand, condition, age, and any other details provided when you consign your item. If your item has not sold within the first 30 days, it will automatically discount by 25% for the second 30 day period. After 60 days the item will be discounted an additional 25%. If the item has not sold after 90 days it will be deleted from inventory and donated to a charity of our choice or sold by the store.
